If you tried to check out, and the billing address you entered at checkout doesn't match what your financial institution has on file for your card, the transaction will be authorized as a pending transaction, but won't go through. This means that the funds will be put on hold by your financial institution.
If you attempt to check out multiple times without changing the billing address, this could result in the funds being put on hold EACH TIME you attempt. Please refrain from checking out again until you contact your financial institution to confirm the details that they have on file for you.
If you received an order confirmation and notice the multiple billing, don’t worry, you will be billed only once. The other pending charges will be reversed.
If you did not receive an order confirmation and notice that you were charged, the order was declined and the pending charges will be reversed.
These pending transactions can take up to 10 business days to clear from your account, depending on your financial institution. We have no control on the timing of the reversal.
